Introduction

PRIMA VETCARE PVT. LTD.

We, PRIMA VETCARE PVT LTD. (PVPL) would like to take this opportunity of introducing ourselves as a company dealing in ANIMAL HEALTH PRODUCTS such as Nutraceuticals, Healthcare Management and Performance Enhancers in Livestock, Poultry and Aquaculture.

  • Rhone – Poulenc (India) Limited (RPI), [formerly known as May & Baker Ltd.] (M&B) had been operating in India for over 60 years. RPI had a diversified portfolio of Human Health Care and Animal Health Care products, etc.

  • RPI (formerly M&B), as a part of its restructuring programme and in line with Rhone-Poulenc Rorer’s (RPR) objective to be only in Human Health Care business, divested and sold its Animal Health Care business to Mr. D.D. Chopra who was the Managing Director of M&B and RPI. Mr. Chopra who is the Promoter of Prima Vetcare Private Limited (PVPL) gave the rights to PVPL to manufacture and market all May & Baker products in India and in certain other countries.

  • May & Baker Ltd. had a range of highly established brands and some of their products were and are market leaders in the Cattle segment such as Mifex, Calborol, Anthiomaline, Acetylarsan and Vesadin etc.

  • Prima Vetcare, in keeping with the May & Baker Ethos, has dedicated itself to help advancing the world in the Veterinary Pharmaceuticals field and empowering Veterinary Healthcare across Livestock, Poultry, Aquaculture and Companion Animal Health markets.

  • By leveraging the knowledge, competence, proficiency and market leadership of May & Baker, we have successfully established a sterling & veritable relationship of trust & commitment with our customers and we still continuously endeavor & attempt to strengthen and boost our partnerships.

With over 23 years of experience in the Animal Health Industry, Mr. Yadav has held prominent positions, including National Sales Manager and Business Unit Head, with leading multinational corporations across India.Throughout his career, Mr. Yadav has strong capability in managing all facets of sales and marketing within the Animal Healthcare sector. His expertise extends to the launch and development of a diverse range of products, which has been instrumental in driving team development and revenue growth.

Mr. Lakhan Kambale

(Regional Sales Manager)
Mr. Kambale holds an MBA with a specialization in Human Resources and Marketing, equipping him with a strong foundation in both the strategic and operational aspects of sales management.With over 10 years of experience in leading roles, He has cultivated a deep understanding of the Maharashtra market. His extensive knowledge allows him to navigate the complexities of our industry effectively, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service and support.Throughout his career, He has achieved significant milestones in launching and developing a diverse range of Animal Health products.

Mr. Umesh Gawade

(Business Development Manager for the West Zone)
Mr. Gawade is a BA graduate of Kolhapur University, With over 2 years of experience as a Business Development Manager and total six years in the animal health sector, Mr. Gawade has a proven track record in building strong client relationships and identifying growth opportunities within the Animal Health market.

We deliver high quality Animal Health products for better healthcare , improved farm productivity and for the production of safe animal products for consumers.
